Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Apple Pay is a payment option for customers checking out using Safari through the latest iOS 10, macOS Sierra, or more recent operating systems.

All individual orders are sent via UK Royal Mail.

UK Standard Delivery takes approx 1-2 working days

International Standard Delivery takes approx 5- 7 working days.

We have a limited timeframe to raise a claim with Royal Mail if your order is lost.

If you have not contacted us within 14 days of your order being placed, we will not be able to assist with lost orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of the delivery

Customs Charges: Wondawe ships from the UK. Any orders shipped to countries outside of the UK will be subject to the usual customs and duties charges upon arrival in the destination country.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying any and all customs duties and charges that may be imposed by their country’s customs office. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are out of Wondawe’s control.

Preparation for Fees: Customers should be prepared to pay these additional fees upon receipt of their shipment. Wondawe is not responsible for any customs charges or delays caused by customs clearance.

Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within Wondawe's working hours, Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm.

Cancellation Outside Working Hours: Outside of these hours, order cancellations are not guaranteed. However, customers can choose to refuse delivery or send the order back for a refund at the customer's expense.
